I've my forgotten username

Your username is setup during the registration process. This is a unique name set by you. Often users choose their email address however this is not selected as standard.

Try your email address first. If that doesn't work, please contact us and we will email it to you. If you have your membership number to hand this will help us process your request faster. Your local CIOB member of staff will also be able to confirm your username.

I've my forgotten password

Your password is set during your registration process. If you have forgotten your password you can reset your password here.

You will need your username to complete this process.

I haven't received my password reset email

Please check your junk/spam folder in case the email has gone there. If not, please contact us.

I'm an existing member logging in for the first time

We recently sent you an email with your unique link to your new online account. If you have not received this, please request a resend from your local CIOB staff member.

If your email address has changed, let us know and we will send your unique registration link to your new email address. 

I've registered but I can't login!

During our registration process you will be sent a verification email, to complete the registration process you will need to use the verification link in this email.

Simply click on your unique link or copy and paste it into your browser window. Enter the required information, including your new username and password.

Make a note of the new username and password, you have just created to access your new CIOB account.
