Registering onto the new system for the first time?

We recently sent you an email with your unique link to your new online account. If you do not have this, please request a resend from your local CIOB staff member or by contacting us. 

If your email address has changed, let us know and we will send your unique registration link to your new email address. Simply click on your unique link or copy and paste it into your browser window. Enter the required information, including a new username and password for your account. Make a note of the new username and password you have just created to access your new CIOB account. 

If you are already registered but can’t access your account

Can’t remember your username? Try your email address first. If that doesn't work, please contact us and we will email it to you. Your local CIOB member of staff will also be able to confirm your username.

You have used the Reset Password option but haven’t received an email. Please check your junk/spam folder in case the email has gone there. If not, please contact us.
